Royal Coin & Shell Jhumar Hanging

The ornament is built around a central circular metal wire hoop.

The upper half of the ring is heavily wrapped in vibrant, bright orange thread fringe arranged in a fan-like semi-circle.

Hanging from the loop is a complex arrangement of multi-layered dangles. It features small white cowrie shells, faux metallic coins, tiny silver-tone bells (ghungroos), and translucent pink and orange glass beads strung on twisted threads.

The piece finishes at the bottom with two large, thick orange thread tassels capped with conical silver bead cones.
